Our adult classes include:
A men’s strength class that focuses on developing power and endurance. The class will cover core fundamentals and key movement patterns, while also mixing in cardio and aesthetic workouts.
A women’s strength class that focuses on developing strength and technique. The class will include strength, cardio, and aesthetic workouts, with the goal of developing a leaner and stronger body.
Total Body Fitness (TBF) Bootcamp is a strength & conditioning class focused on helping you feel, look, and perform better. Stay active, stay strong, stay healthy.
A boxing-workout class that combines the art of Boxing with an interval-based cardio workout. Burn calories, learn to box, and most importantly: have fun!
A general purpose, all-level yoga class designed to promote strength and flexibility.
